为了在车辆开发过程中快速准确地识别各种边界条件变化对车辆低速碰撞性能的影响,选取3种不同结构特征的防撞梁结构,就模型简化、模型剪切、整备质量、重叠量、Y 向撞击位置、角碰角度偏差和碰撞速度偏差7大因素进行分析研究,并识别出关键影响因素,为后续指导防撞梁开发奠定基础。
為瞭在車輛開髮過程中快速準確地識彆各種邊界條件變化對車輛低速踫撞性能的影響,選取3種不同結構特徵的防撞樑結構,就模型簡化、模型剪切、整備質量、重疊量、Y 嚮撞擊位置、角踫角度偏差和踫撞速度偏差7大因素進行分析研究,併識彆齣關鍵影響因素,為後續指導防撞樑開髮奠定基礎。

In order to identify impact of different kinds of boundary conditions on the performance of the low-speed impact rapidly and accurately in the process of vehicle development, we choose three anti-collision beam structures of different structural characteristics, research and analyze the factors of model simplification, clip model, curb mass, overlap, Y direction impact position, angular deviation, velocity deviation, according to the results identify the key factors, and the conclusions provide an important guide for the anti-collision beam design.
