为检验所设计的 SCR 系统添蓝计量泵控制策略是否正确和 CAN 总线通讯是否正常,建立了基于CANoe 和 Simulink 的联合仿真模型。利用联合仿真模型进行了包含计量泵节点的仿真分析和 OBD 诊断仿真分析,验证了计量泵控制策略和 CAN 总线通讯的正确性,并根据仿真结果完善了计量泵驱动程序和 CAN 通讯程序的设计。
為檢驗所設計的 SCR 繫統添藍計量泵控製策略是否正確和 CAN 總線通訊是否正常,建立瞭基于CANoe 和 Simulink 的聯閤倣真模型。利用聯閤倣真模型進行瞭包含計量泵節點的倣真分析和 OBD 診斷倣真分析,驗證瞭計量泵控製策略和 CAN 總線通訊的正確性,併根據倣真結果完善瞭計量泵驅動程序和 CAN 通訊程序的設計。

In order to test and verify the control strategy and CAN communication of SCR Adblue dosing pump, we establish a co-simulation model based on CANoe and Simulink, in which, the simulation analysis of the dosing pump nude and OBD is carried out, and the correctness of the control strategies and CAN communication of the dosing pump is verified. In addition, the design of the drive program and CAN communication program is improved in accordance with the simulation results.
