针对某轿车怠速车内噪声高达48 dB(A),比同类竞争车高5 dB(A),并且主观感觉存在共鸣音、严重影响乘坐舒适性的问题,利用噪声控制中的消元法识别噪声源。结果表明,由于管路内压力脉动过大,对管路产生了液压冲击而产生噪声,故该显著噪声的激励源为燃油供给管路。提出在靠近油轨处管路上设置蓄能器(缓冲罐)的措施来控制怠速车内噪声。采取措施后经驾乘人员主观评价,车内噪声消失,听觉感受明显改善。

The interior noise of a car is up to 48 dB(A)in idling, 5 dB(A)higher than competitive vehicles, and there are also resonance in subjective sensation and problems which adversely affect ride comfort. To eliminate these problems, we use the method of elimination of noise control to identify noise source and we find that, the noise is caused by hydraulic shock as a result of oversized pressure pulsation in the pipeline, therefore the excitation source of significant noise is fuel supply pipeline. It is proposed in the paper to set an accumulator (buffer tank) in a line near the oil track to control the interior noise of idle car, the subjective evaluation of occupants shows that the interior noise disappears, and their hearing feelings are improved significantly.
