某铅锌尾矿中含铜、锌、铅、银等有价成分,通过多元素分析和铅、锌物相分析,查明了该尾矿中铅、锌矿物主要以氧化物、硫酸盐形态存在;通过系统地试验研究,探索出一种全湿法处理铅锌尾矿、资源综合利用率较高、节省投资、操作方便、绿色环保型节能工艺。该工艺最终产品为铜精矿、锌精矿和铅银精矿。
某鉛鋅尾礦中含銅、鋅、鉛、銀等有價成分,通過多元素分析和鉛、鋅物相分析,查明瞭該尾礦中鉛、鋅礦物主要以氧化物、硫痠鹽形態存在;通過繫統地試驗研究,探索齣一種全濕法處理鉛鋅尾礦、資源綜閤利用率較高、節省投資、操作方便、綠色環保型節能工藝。該工藝最終產品為銅精礦、鋅精礦和鉛銀精礦。

There are a lot of minerals in lead-zinc tailings from one mine such as copper,zinc,lead and silver. Through multiple element analysis and phase analysis of lead and zinc,it is found that lead and zinc minerals in the tailings mainly take the form of oxide and sulphate.Systematical research leads to a metallurgical process to treat the tailings with high rate of comprehensive utilization,which is cost effective,easy to operate and environmental friendly. The final products of the process are copper concentrates,zinc concentrates and lead-silver concentrates.
