PCD 刀具在非金属材料尤其是强化木地板加工方面已广泛应用，但随着地板送料速度、主轴转速的提高，原有普通线刀具已不能满足加工要求。本文主要从高速地板加工线出发，介绍了 PCD 铣刀的设计、电火花加工、动平衡等方面的实际应用。

The PCD tool in the non metallic materials especially the aggrandizement wood floor processing has been widely used,but with the feeding speed,spindle speed of underfloor improved ,the cutting tool of original common line has been unable to meet the requirements of machining.This article mainly from the high floor processing line ,introduces the PCD milling design,EDM,balance and other aspects of the application.
