采用单因素试验,分析了切削速度 vc、每齿进给量 fz 和切削深度 ap 对铣削力的影响规律,结果表明:随着切削速度 vc 的增大,铣削力减少;随着每齿进给量 fz 和切削深度 ap 增大,铣削力增大。同时,设计了4Cr13不锈钢正交试验方案,基于概率统计和回归分析原理,建立了4Cr13不锈钢高速铣削的铣削力模型,对建立的铣削力模型进行了显著性检验,检验结果表明所建立的回归方程呈高度显著检验状态,并对其进行了验证,结果表明该模型与实际情况拟合得较好,故可用其来预测和控制铣削力。

It was designed single factor experiments,and analyzed for the influence law of the milling force on the cut-ting speed vc ,per tooth feeding fz,and cutting depth ap .The result shown that the milling force decreased with the cutting speed increasing,while the milling force increased with the per tooth feeding or cutting depth increasing.At the same time,it was designed an orthogonal testing program of the 4Cr13 stainless steel based on high speed dry milling.The model of milling force was estabolished by the relationship between milling forces and cutting parameters based on probability sta-tistics and regressive analysis.Significance test for the model,and the result shown that the empirical formula is a highly significant test status.Meanwhile,the model was verified,and the result shown that it fit well with the actual situation. So,it can be used to predict and control the milling force.
