针对天然色素废水特点,采用了UASB-接触氧化工艺进行处理。运行结果表明,在设计进水水质、水量范围内,CODcr、BOD5、氨氮和SS去除率分别为99.8%、99.9%和94.3%,出水各项指标均达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)中的二级排放标准,系统运行费用为1.84元/m3。

According to wastewater quality, a process of UASB-contact oxidation was used to treat the natural pigment wastewater. Within the scope in the design of influent water quality and quantity, the results of the operation showed that the removal rate of CODcr, BOD5, SS were 99.8%, 99.9% and 94.3%, respectively. The effluent quality can come up to second-class criteria specified in the effluent standards of pollutants for integrated wastewater discharge standard. The operating cost was about 1.84 yuan/m3.
