目的：调查分析可引起血压升高的因素。方法：对2013年7月～2014年7月期间在我院（四川省沐川县人民医院）体检中心进行体检的3000名体检者的体检资料进行回顾性研究。我们根据这3000名体检者的年龄，将他们分为20岁以下组（107人），21～30岁组（322人），31～40岁组（536人），41～50岁组（749人），51～60岁组（643人），61～70岁组（428人）和70岁以上组（215人）共7组。我们使用对比统分析法、因素分析法和office excel 函数CHITEST检验法对这7组受检者血压水平与其年龄、性别、饮食情况、运动情况、高血压家族遗传情况和肥胖情况的关系进行了调查分析。结果：本次研究的结果显示，年龄偏大、经常进食高脂饮食、不爱运动、有高血压家族遗传史和肥胖是导致沐川县居民血压升高的主要原因。结论：年龄偏大、经常进食高脂饮食、不爱运动、有高血压家族遗传史和肥胖是导致沐川县居民血压升高的主要原因。这一情况应引起沐川县医务工作者的注意。

Objective: To investigate and analyze the factors that can cause elevated blood pressure. Methods: from July July to 2013 2014 in our hospital (Sichuan people’s Hospital of Muchuan county) 3000 physical examination physical examination center examination were retrospectively studied. Results: the results of this investigation show that the age slants big, eat high fat diet, do not love sports, history and obesity familial genetic hypertension is the main reason leading to the residents of Muchuan County high blood pressure.
