目的：分析综合护理应用于负压封闭引流技术治疗四肢骨折外伤创面的应用效果。方法：选取2012年8月-2014年1月笔者所在医院收治的80例四肢骨折外伤创面患者，入选患者均接受负压封闭引流方案治疗，随机分为两组，每组40例。对照组接受常规护理，试验组实施综合护理方案，观察两组焦虑程度、舒适度及护理满意度。结果：试验组焦虑评分及不确定感评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)；试验组舒适度与护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：四肢骨折外伤患者实施综合护理有利于改善其不确定感，缓解其焦虑情绪，为患者提供舒适的恢复环境，有利于提高护理满意度，改善护患关系。
목적：분석종합호리응용우부압봉폐인류기술치료사지골절외상창면적응용효과。방법：선취2012년8월-2014년1월필자소재의원수치적80례사지골절외상창면환자，입선환자균접수부압봉폐인류방안치료，수궤분위량조，매조40례。대조조접수상규호리，시험조실시종합호리방안，관찰량조초필정도、서괄도급호리만의도。결과：시험조초필평분급불학정감평분명현저우대조조(P<0.05)；시험조서괄도여호리만의도명현고우대조조(P<0.05)。결론：사지골절외상환자실시종합호리유리우개선기불학정감，완해기초필정서，위환자제공서괄적회복배경，유리우제고호리만의도，개선호환관계。
Objective:To analyze the integrated care used in the treatment of VSD technology limb fracture trauma wounds application effect. Method:80 cases of limb fractures in patients with traumatic wounds in our hospital from August 2012 to January 2014,were randomly divided into the two groups,40 cases of each group. The control group were given routine care,the experimental group were given the comprehensive care program. Anxiety , comfort and care satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Result:The experimental group anxiety score and uncertainty score were lower than the control group(P<0.05);The experimental group satisfaction with comfort and care were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with traumatic limb fractures in favor of the implementation of integrated care to improve their sense of uncertainty and ease their anxiety,to provide patients with a comfortable recovery environment conducive to improving nursing satisfaction,improve nurse-patient relationship.
