目的 探讨护理干预对心脏射频消融术患者的影响.方法 将50例心律失常行心脏射频消融术患者随机分为干预组及对照组各25例.对照组患者给予传统的常规护理,干预组在此基础上给予重点实施护理程序健康教育行为干预,如术前心理疏导、术中耐心详细的护理干预,术后并发症的观察与护理治疗的疾病宣传等一系列的精心护理.分别在出院时通过问卷调查评估,评估两组患者的心理状况,同时对干预组巩固教育,进行效果评价,观察两组患者对疾病相关知识、自我保健知识以及健康相关行为、体育锻炼、情绪表现等.结果 干预组的健康相关行为(P<0.01)及情绪表现(P<0.05)明显优于对照组,有明显差异性,具有统计学意义.结论 护理程序健康教育能更好的提高患者的健康知识水平、有效缓解了患者紧张焦虑恐惧的心理压力,提高了手术成功率与患者的生活质量,降低了复发率、病死率,杜绝了手术并发症的发生,促进疾病的康复,还能建立新的医护关系,提高了护理工作效率和护士的专业素质.
目的 探討護理榦預對心髒射頻消融術患者的影響.方法 將50例心律失常行心髒射頻消融術患者隨機分為榦預組及對照組各25例.對照組患者給予傳統的常規護理,榦預組在此基礎上給予重點實施護理程序健康教育行為榦預,如術前心理疏導、術中耐心詳細的護理榦預,術後併髮癥的觀察與護理治療的疾病宣傳等一繫列的精心護理.分彆在齣院時通過問捲調查評估,評估兩組患者的心理狀況,同時對榦預組鞏固教育,進行效果評價,觀察兩組患者對疾病相關知識、自我保健知識以及健康相關行為、體育鍛煉、情緒錶現等.結果 榦預組的健康相關行為(P<0.01)及情緒錶現(P<0.05)明顯優于對照組,有明顯差異性,具有統計學意義.結論 護理程序健康教育能更好的提高患者的健康知識水平、有效緩解瞭患者緊張焦慮恐懼的心理壓力,提高瞭手術成功率與患者的生活質量,降低瞭複髮率、病死率,杜絕瞭手術併髮癥的髮生,促進疾病的康複,還能建立新的醫護關繫,提高瞭護理工作效率和護士的專業素質.

Objective To investigate the impact of nursing intervention on patients with cardiac radiofrequency ablation.Methods 50 patients with arrhythmia undergoing cardiac radiofrequency ablation were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,25 for each group.The control group received conventional care,while the intervention group received nursing process of health education behavioral interventions including preoperative psychological counseling with patience,intraoperative detailed care intervention,postoperative complications observation,and education of the disease in addition to the conventional care.A questionnaire survey was used to assess the psychological status in all the patients on discharge.The educational intervention group were consolidated and the effects were evaluated at the same time.The disease-related knowledge,self-care knowledge,health-related behavior,physical exercise,and emotional performance were observed.Results The health-related behavior (P<0.01),and emotional expression (P<0.05) were significantly better in of the intervention group than in the control group,with significant statistical differences.Conclusions Nursing program on health education is better to improve health knowledge,effectively alleviate the psychological pressure in patients with intense anxiety and fear,improve the success rate of surgery,reduce the recurrence rate,mortality rate,eliminate the occurrence of surgical complications,and improve quality of life in patients,and promote rehabilitation of the disease.A new doctor-nurse relationship is established.The efficiency of nursing and the professional levels are improved.
