Return shipping insurance is a new way of insurance with the emergence of e-commerce develop‐ment ,firstly ,defines the return shipping insurance ,analyze the sellers and buyers on the return shipping insurance premium rate problems ,and legal analysis of existing problems and put forward feasible sugges‐tions .
