目的:观察自我管理教育对慢性阻塞性肺疾病( COPD)患者心理状况的影响。方法:将符合标准的80例COPD患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组各40例,对照组采用传统的健康教育模式对患者进行健康教育,试验组在对照组传统健康教育的基础上实施自我管理教育,在教育前及教育后6个月后采用采用焦虑和抑郁量表对患者的心理状况进行评定。结果:试验组患者SAS评分46.58±2.82,对照组SAS评分48.43±2.82;试验组SDS 评分48.48±3.06;对照组SDS评分50.70±3.35,两者比较,差异有计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自我管理教育可以更有效地改善COPD患者的心理健康状况,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of self-management education on psychological conditions of chronic obstructive lung dis-ease. Method 80 cases of COPD patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by random number table,each group was 40 cases. The patients in control group were had health education with traditional health education models. The experimental group was carried out self-management education basing on the traditional education of control group. The psychological condition of pa-tients were accessed with anxiety and depression scale for six months before and after education. Results SAS scores of experimental group was 46. 58 ± 2. 82,and SAS scores of control group was 48. 43 ± 2. 82;SDS scores of experimental group was 48. 48 ± 3. 06,and SDS scores of control group was 50. 70 ± 3. 35. Compared with the both,the differences were significant( P<0. 05 ). Conclusion Self-management education can be more effective in improving the mental health of patients with COPD,and be worthy of clinical application.
