目的：探讨优质护理在注射室中的开展效果。方法：选择80例注射室患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组40例，观察组40例，对照组行常规护理，观察组行优质护理，对两组患者护理后患者满意情况、不良反应做对比分析。结果：观察组非常满意患者31例（77.5%），满意率为92.5%，对照组非常满意患者22例（55%），满意率为70%，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组（ P<0.05）。结论：在注射室中开展优质护理服务，能显著提升患者满意率，可减少护患纠纷发生率，减少患者注射后的不良反应发生率，值得临床进一步推广使用。

목적：탐토우질호리재주사실중적개전효과。방법：선택80례주사실환자위연구대상，수궤분위대조조40례，관찰조40례，대조조행상규호리，관찰조행우질호리，대량조환자호리후환자만의정황、불량반응주대비분석。결과：관찰조비상만의환자31례（77.5%），만의솔위92.5%，대조조비상만의환자22례（55%），만의솔위70%，차이유통계학의의（ P<0.05）。관찰조불량반응발생솔현저저우대조조（ P<0.05）。결론：재주사실중개전우질호리복무，능현저제승환자만의솔，가감소호환규분발생솔，감소환자주사후적불량반응발생솔，치득림상진일보추엄사용。
Objective To investigate the effect of high-quality care to carry out the injection chamber. Method 80 cases of patients were treated for the study,they were randomly divided into a control group of 40 cases and in the observation group of 40 cases,40 cases in the control group underwent routine care,40 cases in the observation group were given quality care,after the two groups of patient care,pa-tient satisfaction,the adverse reactions were compared and analyzed. Results 31 cases of patients(77. 5%)were very statisfied in the ob-servation group,the satisfaction rate was 92. 5%,22 cases(55%)in the control group of patients were very satisfied,the satisfaction rate was 70%,the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05). Conclusion To carry out the injection chamber in quality care,can significantly improve patient satisfaction rate,can reduce the incidence of disputes between nurses and patients,to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients after injection,worthy of further promotion use.
