XJY850 steel for sophisticated high-strength geological pipe has been developed and produced in Xingcheng Special Steel by the following short flow process:EAF+LF+VD+CC+Hot-rolled.Proper batch feeder of hot iron and high-quality scrap,strengthening deoxidation,proective casting,electromagnetic stirring and so on have been used.Therefore,XJY850 steel products have low residual element content,low oxygen content,little non-metallic inclusion,high grain grade,and good mechanical property.
