目的:探讨肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-15(IL-15)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)在子痫前期中的作用。方法:选取子痫前期组44例作为研究组,血压正常组40例作为对照组,用ELISA法测定孕妇血浆TNF-α,IL-15和 IL-10。结果:子痫前期组孕妇血浆TNF-α、IL-15明显高于正常组孕妇,差异有统计学意义(T=2.011,T=2.048,P<0.05)。正常孕妇血浆IL-10高于子痫前期组,差异有统计学意义( T=2.035,P<0.05)。结论:本研究表明子痫前期组比血压正常组孕妇血浆TNF-α、IL-15升高,血压正常孕妇血浆IL-10高于子痫前期组。早期检测炎性因子标志物更精确的预测和观察子痫前期。抗炎性因子IL-10水平的升高对子痫前期有保护性作用。

목적:탐토종류배사인자-α(TNF-α)、백세포개소-15(IL-15)、백세포개소-10(IL-10)재자간전기중적작용。방법:선취자간전기조44례작위연구조,혈압정상조40례작위대조조,용ELISA법측정잉부혈장TNF-α,IL-15화 IL-10。결과:자간전기조잉부혈장TNF-α、IL-15명현고우정상조잉부,차이유통계학의의(T=2.011,T=2.048,P<0.05)。정상잉부혈장IL-10고우자간전기조,차이유통계학의의( T=2.035,P<0.05)。결론:본연구표명자간전기조비혈압정상조잉부혈장TNF-α、IL-15승고,혈압정상잉부혈장IL-10고우자간전기조。조기검측염성인자표지물경정학적예측화관찰자간전기。항염성인자IL-10수평적승고대자간전기유보호성작용。
Objective To explore the effects of tumor necrosis factor alpha( TNF- α),interleukin -15( IL-15 ),interleukin-10 ( IL-10)in preeclampsia. Method We selected the preeclampsia group 44 people as the research group,and normal blood pressure group 40 as control group. We used the Elise method to examine the levels of TNF-α,IL-15,IL-10 of pregnant women. Results The women with PE showed significantly higher serum levels of TNF-αand IL-15(T=2. 011,T=2. 048,P<0. 05)in comparison with blood pres-sure pregnant women. Conversely,the serum levels of IL-10 in blood pressure pregnant women were significantly higher compared to PE patients(T=2. 035,P<0. 05). Conclusion The results of this study demonstrates that TNF-α、L-15 are increased in PE women com-pared to blood pressure pregnant women. serum levels of IL-10 are increased in blood pressure pregnant women compared to PE. Early de-tection of inflammatory markers can help us more accurate prediction and observation of preeclampsia. Anti inflammatory cytokine IL-10 levels increased preeclampsia have a protective effect.
