目的:观察创伤性脑损伤对FBP1和p27两种蛋白表达的影响。方法:通过手术建立SD大鼠创伤性脑损伤模型,利用RT-PCR、Western-blot以及免疫组织化学等方法观察术后12 h、1 d、3 d、5 d、7 d、14、28 d FBP1和p27表达水平改变情况。结果:创伤性脑损伤后,FBP1和p27在损伤区域大脑皮质中的表达量下降,3 d后达到最低水平,以后逐渐上调,28 d接近正常水平。结论:在创伤性脑损伤大鼠的脑组织中,FBP1和p27的表达受到明显的抑制,两者表达量的改变呈现一定相关性。

목적:관찰창상성뇌손상대FBP1화p27량충단백표체적영향。방법:통과수술건립SD대서창상성뇌손상모형,이용RT-PCR、Western-blot이급면역조직화학등방법관찰술후12 h、1 d、3 d、5 d、7 d、14、28 d FBP1화p27표체수평개변정황。결과:창상성뇌손상후,FBP1화p27재손상구역대뇌피질중적표체량하강,3 d후체도최저수평,이후축점상조,28 d접근정상수평。결론:재창상성뇌손상대서적뇌조직중,FBP1화p27적표체수도명현적억제,량자표체량적개변정현일정상관성。
Objective To observe the influence of traumatic brain injury( TBI)on expression of both FBP1 and p27. Method The Sprague-Dawley rat model of TBI was established by surgical incision. The expression of FBP1 and p27 protein was studied with the meth-ods of RT-PCR、western-blot and immunohistochemistry respectively at the point of 12 h、1 d、3 d、5 d、7 d、14 d、28 d after the opera-tion. Results After TBI,the level of two proteins was significantly reduced in the cerebral cortex around the incision area;the lowest level was observed on 3d and then the expression level was up regulated nearly normal at 28d. Conclusion The expression of FBP1 and p27 was restrained in brain tissue after TBI,and some correlation was presented between the expression change of FBP1 and p27.
