33CrNi2MoV钢具有优良的机械性能,主要用于制造需承受很大的交变应力和冲击负荷等多种复合应力下工作的重要零件。该材料在机械加工时具有很高的难度。本文在对33CrNi2MoV钢加工难点的分析基础上,提出了加工该材料时的各种具体措施,以达到该材料的低应力,无烧伤磨削的要求。

Steel 33CrNi2MoV possesses excellent mechanical properties , and it is mainly used in such fields as excessive alternating stress and impact loads. There exist some difficulties in machining. On the basis of analysis of steel 33CrNi2MoV machining difficulties , various concrete measures to machine it are put forward in this paper , which can meet the demands of low stress and non-burn grinding .
