在现行的特困生资助体系中,往往会出现康德所谓“二律背反”的两难情境,即关注群体“趋同性”和注重个体连续性是“二律背反”的客观表现。其重要启示在于不但要在经济上给予困难学生及时的资助,更应创新方式方法,在心理、情感、需求等方面给予全方位的关注。具体到应对举措和路径选择上,贫困生资助工作应重点做好“三个环节”的施行与衔接工作。前期认定环节完善机制构建:一是创新贫困生认定程序,着力改变传统班委参与讨论模式;二是提升参与评定者的道德认知;三是注重贫困生的诚信教育。中期资助环节转变资助方式:一是设立更多带有“荣誉感”的资助项目;二是多渠道开拓勤工助学岗位;三是争取社会力量助学;四是建立应急助困资金库。资助后续环节指导、监督与人文关怀并重:一是对学生获助资金的使用进行指导和监督;二是注重人文关怀和心理疏导。

The two dilemma,antinomy,proposed by philosopher Kant,appears often in the current financial aid system for the impoverished college students,that is,the objective performance on the convergence attentioned on the group and attention on the individual durative. The important enlightenment is that the immediate financial aid is necessary offered to the poverty - stricken college students,also the methods and ways should be innovated, whole concern to the students from the psychology,emotion and requirement. From the countermeasures and the se-lected way,the financial aid should pay attention to the performance and connect of the“ Three Links”. The first period is to determine the links and perfect mechanism construction. Firstly,the confirming procedure of impover-ished college students should be innovated,attempting to change the traditional class committee participating dis-cussion mode;sencondly,the moral cognition of the appraiser should be promoted;thirdly,the eduction of honesty of impoverished colleges students should be concerned. In the middle period the financial aid should change the as-sistance way,that is,firstly,more honorable financial system to be established,secondly,part - work and part -study programme to be explored and developed;thirdly,more fiancial aid from the society joining in the program;fourthly,emergent financial storage to be estabshed. Guidance of after financial aid and supervise and humanity care should be equally important. Firstly,the use of offered financial aid should be supervised and guided. Second-ly,humanity care and psychological care should be attentioned. All this because it is deserved meaing to carry out fiancial aid work and education under the idea that human is the essential,and the idea of overall development.
