目的:参照HL7 CDA文档规范的表示方法,对中医处方中中草药处方的数据进行建模,并建立中草药处方的CDA文档规范,使其能够完整地表示中草药处方的信息。方法:通过研究中医电子病历处方信息特征及组成结构,将中医电子处方信息抽象提取相应的信息元素,参照HL7 CDA模板构建中草药处方文档规范,使其能够充分表达中草药处方信息的概念与属性。结果:通过将中草药处方数据元素与CDA模板进行映射来完成中草药处方的数据表达具有可行性,为中医处方信息规范化研究提供了新的指导方法。
目的:參照HL7 CDA文檔規範的錶示方法,對中醫處方中中草藥處方的數據進行建模,併建立中草藥處方的CDA文檔規範,使其能夠完整地錶示中草藥處方的信息。方法:通過研究中醫電子病歷處方信息特徵及組成結構,將中醫電子處方信息抽象提取相應的信息元素,參照HL7 CDA模闆構建中草藥處方文檔規範,使其能夠充分錶達中草藥處方信息的概唸與屬性。結果:通過將中草藥處方數據元素與CDA模闆進行映射來完成中草藥處方的數據錶達具有可行性,為中醫處方信息規範化研究提供瞭新的指導方法。

Objective: With reference to the representing method of HL7 CDA document specifications, the data of prescription of Chinese herbal medicine in the traditional Chinese medicine is modeled, and CDA document specifications of prescription of Chinese herbal medicine are established, so that it can completely show the information of prescription of Chinese herbal medicine. Method: By studying the features and composition of the prescription information of electronic medical records of traditional Chinese medicine, the corresponding information elements are extracted from the electronic prescription information of traditional Chinese medicine. With reference to the HL7 CDA template, the prescription document specifications of Chinese herbal medicine are formulated, so that it can fully express the concept and properties of prescription information of Chinese herbal medicine. Results: The data elements of the prescription of Chinese herbal medicine are mapped on the CDA template to show that the data expression of the prescription of Chinese herbal medicine is feasible, which provides a new method of guidance for the research on the standardization of prescription information of traditional Chinese medicine.
