研究完善了专科、专家、专病等数据库,利用文本挖掘和D3技术搭建了自助挂号指南系统,使患者可以根据症状准确选择对症专科专家进行挂号,极大提高了患者网络预约和自助挂号的准确率,减少挂错号及退号现象,从而提高医院门诊效率。此外,系统还可进行护士的岗前培训和测验,规范护士分诊流程。

This study improved the specialist, expert, special disease database, using text mining and D3 technology to build a self-help registration guide system, which can accurately select department and specialists according to the symptoms. It greatly improves the accuracy of network booking and self-service register of patients, reduce the rate of wrong registration and the retreat, thus improving hospital efficiency. In addition, the system can also carry out nurse training and test, standard nurse triage process.
