依托现有门急诊信息系统，如门诊医生工作站、挂号收费、分诊叫号等系统，设计并实现了门急诊数质量监控系统。系统可实时获取当前门急诊的挂号、就诊等候、交费和取药等情况并预警，也可查询历史信息，为门诊医疗资源的合理安排和为患者提供优质服务提供参考依据。目前，系统已上线使用两年多，运行效果良好。
의탁현유문급진신식계통，여문진의생공작참、괘호수비、분진규호등계통，설계병실현료문급진수질량감공계통。계통가실시획취당전문급진적괘호、취진등후、교비화취약등정황병예경，야가사순역사신식，위문진의료자원적합리안배화위환자제공우질복무제공삼고의거。목전，계통이상선사용량년다，운행효과량호。
This paper designed a monitor system based on the outpatient & emergency information systems. The system got the latest data and called attention to the relative staff in the respects of registration, seeing a doctor, etc. In the meanwhile, the system could browse history data and help to improve the arrangement of the outpatient works. Until now, the system have used over two years and worked well.
