The importance of postpartum telephone follow-up and the problems that exist in this work were introduced, and the concept of telephone box and its characters were shown in this paper. Telephone box was applied in postpartum telephone follow-up so that hospitals can carry out the work better, consequently, the quality and efficiency of follow-up work are improved, the medical service level are promoted, the relationship between hospital and patient is amended, hospitals can develop more healthily.
