目的：研究创建医院收费环节监控系统，能及时发现和解决住院病人费用信息不准确的问题，提高财务管理部门的工作管理水平。方法：系统针对不同人员采用不同功能视图，从问题产生及解决的流程入手，设计医院收费环节监控系统。结果：创建收费环节监控系统后，准确对医嘱和费用进行了关联，提高了工作效益。结论：创建收费环节监控系统各类人员均可查看到病人的费用情况，提高双方工作效益，有利于医技科室工作人员、医护人员与收费人员的沟通，加快费用审核的速度，提高费用的完整性。

목적：연구창건의원수비배절감공계통，능급시발현화해결주원병인비용신식불준학적문제，제고재무관리부문적공작관리수평。방법：계통침대불동인원채용불동공능시도，종문제산생급해결적류정입수，설계의원수비배절감공계통。결과：창건수비배절감공계통후，준학대의촉화비용진행료관련，제고료공작효익。결론：창건수비배절감공계통각류인원균가사간도병인적비용정황，제고쌍방공작효익，유리우의기과실공작인원、의호인원여수비인원적구통，가쾌비용심핵적속도，제고비용적완정성。
Objective: Researching and establishing charges link monitoring system of hospital, it can detect and solve the expenses of patients hospitalized with inaccurate information problems, and improve the task management level of information financial administrative department. Methods: The system adopts different function view for different people. Based on the creation and solving of problems, the hospital charges link monitoring system has been designed. Results: The charges link monitoring system of hospital has been established, it accurately to correlate the advice and costs, improved the effectiveness of the work. Conclusions: Establishing charges link monitoring system, all kinds of person can see the expenses of patients, it can improve the effectiveness of the work, also be good for communication between Medical technology departments' staff, Medical staff and Charge staff, and speed up the cost audit, improve the integrity of the cost.
