利用L-1A型润滑油清净性能试验机,通过考察不同类型基础油的沉积物质量、形貌,探讨其高温清净性能。结果表明,API Ⅰ类基础油高温清净性能优于API Ⅱ类基础油;API Ⅰ类基础油中中芳烃和重芳烃和硫元素含量明显高于API Ⅱ类基础油,因此氧化安定性好,高温下沉积物生成量也少。
利用L-1A型潤滑油清淨性能試驗機,通過攷察不同類型基礎油的沉積物質量、形貌,探討其高溫清淨性能。結果錶明,API Ⅰ類基礎油高溫清淨性能優于API Ⅱ類基礎油;API Ⅰ類基礎油中中芳烴和重芳烴和硫元素含量明顯高于API Ⅱ類基礎油,因此氧化安定性好,高溫下沉積物生成量也少。

By using L-1A lubricating oil detergency testing machine,the weigh and appearance of deposit of different types of base oil were investigated,and the high temperature detergency property of base oil was discussed. The results show that the high temperature detergency of API I base oil is better than that of API Ⅱbase oil. The content of medium and heavy aromatics and sulfur in API I base oil is obviously higher than that of in API II base oil,so API I base oil has good oxidation stability and less amount of deposit under high temperature.
