为降低制造与维护成本,选用标准规格的O型圈作为叶片式液压摆动油缸盖板静态密封,并对密封圈沟槽结构与尺寸进行优化,以保证静态密封能防止外部和内部泄漏。通过解析计算,初步确定密封沟槽尺寸;建立盖板静态密封的有限元模型,进行三重非线性有限元分析,模拟盖板安装到定子上的过程中O型圈的变形及应力分布。盖板静态密封的有限元优化设计基本达到预期目标。

A standard O-ring was selected as the static seal of the cover of hydraulic rotary vane actuator to decrease the cost of manufacture and maintenance. The sealing groove structure and dimension of the cover static seal was optimized to ensure that the static sealing could prevent both external and internal leakage. Through an analytical calculation,the seal-ing groove size was preliminarily determined,and a finite element model was built for a triple nonlinear finite element anal-ysis(FEA). The deformation and stress distribution of the O-ring in the process of the cover mounting to the stator were simulated by FEA. The anticipated target of the cover static seal was achieved by finite element optimization design.
