采用激光微加工技术制作不同孔径与密度的表面织构的摩擦副试样,设计制造一对可产生均匀梯度磁场的亥姆霍兹线圈,将其安置于改造后的UMT3摩擦试验机中,使摩擦副能在均匀梯度磁场内进行摩擦试验。以磁性流体为润滑油,考察不同载荷、运动频率下,不同表面织构的摩擦副试样在均匀梯度磁场作用下的摩擦性能。结果表明:适当孔径与密度的表面织构能提高磁性流体的摩擦性能;摩擦副表面织构在均匀梯度磁场作用下抗磨性能和极压性能明显提高;摩擦因数随均匀梯度磁场强度的增大而显著减小。

The surface texture with different area ratio and aperture was fabricated on the friction specimens by using la-ser micromachining technology. A pair of Helmholtz coils were designed and manufactured,and was placed in modified UMT3 friction tester to produce a uniform gradient magnetic field in which the friction test can be carried out for the fric-tion pairs under a uniform gradient magnetic field. With the magnetic fluid as lubricant,the friction properties of the speci-mens with different surface texture in uniform gradient magnetic field were studied under different load and moving fre-quency. The results show that the surface texture with appropriate aperture and density can improve the friction perform-ance of magnetic fluid. The anti-wear and extreme pressure performance of friction pairs is improved significantly by the surface texture in a uniform magnetic field gradient. The friction coefficient is reduced significantly with the increase of u-niform gradient magnetic field strength.
