上世纪八十年以来，中国适应世界遗产保护和中国特色社会主义法律体系化建设的需要大力开展了世界遗产的法律制度建设工作，取得显著成效。一系列世界文化和自然遗产与非物质文化遗产专门保护法的制定是其中的亮点。中国世界遗产法制建设中急待解决的问题尚多，法律体系化建设工作亟待加强。
上世紀八十年以來，中國適應世界遺產保護和中國特色社會主義法律體繫化建設的需要大力開展瞭世界遺產的法律製度建設工作，取得顯著成效。一繫列世界文化和自然遺產與非物質文化遺產專門保護法的製定是其中的亮點。中國世界遺產法製建設中急待解決的問題尚多，法律體繫化建設工作亟待加彊。
상세기팔십년이래，중국괄응세계유산보호화중국특색사회주의법률체계화건설적수요대력개전료세계유산적법률제도건설공작，취득현저성효。일계렬세계문화화자연유산여비물질문화유산전문보호법적제정시기중적량점。중국세계유산법제건설중급대해결적문제상다，법률체계화건설공작극대가강。
Since the 1980s, China has carried o ut the construction of legal systems about the World Heritage and made significant achievements in order to adapt to the World Heritage protection and the sys-tematic legal construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The highlights are a series of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage Special Protection Law and the Human Intangible Cultural Heritage Special Protection Law. However, there are many more problems of constructing legal system of Chinese World Her-itage, and the systematic legal construction needs to be strengthened.
