目的:探讨转化生长因子β激活激酶-1(TAK1)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法2011年8月—2013年2月随机选择病理科送检的乳腺标本180例,其中正常乳腺组织80例,乳腺纤维瘤组织60例,乳腺癌组织40例,均进行免疫组化分析TAK1表达情况,并对乳腺癌的病理特征进行相关性分析。结果正常乳腺组织细胞排列有序,细胞形态完整;乳腺纤维瘤组织显示大量腺腔或细胞条索;乳腺癌组织显示为癌组织呈条索或岛屿状分布,在间质内浸润性生长。 TAK1在3组中的阳性表达率分别为7′.50%、46.67%和70.00%,组间比较差异有统计学意义( P <0.05)。 TAK1的阳性表达率在不同腋窝淋巴结转移状况和临床分期中对比差异有显著性( P <0.05),乳腺癌患者不同年龄、BMI与病理类型中的对比差异无显著性( P >0.05)。结论 TAK1在乳腺癌组织中呈现高阳性表达,并且与病理学转移、临床分期有明显相关性,可能是导致乳腺癌发生发展的因素之一。

목적:탐토전화생장인자β격활격매-1(TAK1)재유선암조직중적표체급림상의의。방법2011년8월—2013년2월수궤선택병이과송검적유선표본180례,기중정상유선조직80례,유선섬유류조직60례,유선암조직40례,균진행면역조화분석TAK1표체정황,병대유선암적병리특정진행상관성분석。결과정상유선조직세포배렬유서,세포형태완정;유선섬유류조직현시대량선강혹세포조색;유선암조직현시위암조직정조색혹도서상분포,재간질내침윤성생장。 TAK1재3조중적양성표체솔분별위7′.50%、46.67%화70.00%,조간비교차이유통계학의의( P <0.05)。 TAK1적양성표체솔재불동액와림파결전이상황화림상분기중대비차이유현저성( P <0.05),유선암환자불동년령、BMI여병리류형중적대비차이무현저성( P >0.05)。결론 TAK1재유선암조직중정현고양성표체,병차여병이학전이、림상분기유명현상관성,가능시도치유선암발생발전적인소지일。
Objective To investigate the expression and its clinical significance of transforming growth factor beta ac -tivated kinase-1 (TAK1) in breast cancer tissues.Methods From 2011 August to 2013 February, 180 cases of breast speci-mens from department of pathology were randomly selected for further investigation , which included 80 cases of normal breast tissues, 60 cases of fibroadenoma of breast tissue , 40 cases of breast carcinoma , these cases were underwent immunohisto-chemical analysis , the expression of TAK1 in breast cancer , and the pathological characteristics were analyzed .Results Nor-mal breast tissue cells arranged in an orderly manner , cell morphological integrity; fibroadenoma of breast tissue showed a large number of glandular cavity or cords; breast cancer shown as cancer tissues cord or island like distribution , invasive growth in interstitial.The positive expression of TAK1 in the 3 group rate was 7.50%, 46.67%and 70.00%, respectively, there were statistically significant differences among groups ( P <0.05).The positive expression rate of TAK1 in different ax-illary lymph node metastasis and clinical staging revealed significant differences ( P <0.05), no significant differences were found in different age, BMI and pathological types of breast cancer ( P >0.05).Conclusion TAK1 showed high positive expression in breast cancer tissues , and positive correlated with pathological metastasis and clinical stage , it may be one of the factors leading to the genesis and development of breast cancer .
