文章从企业实践观察和系统思考的角度，对正量领导力的本质和内容结构进行探讨，得出结论如下：正能量领导力本质上就是以（领导者和追随者）正能量的发挥和运用为基础的一种领导力，正能量领导力的结构模型可以从关于正能量领导力本质认识的不同视角出发来构建。文章综合已有的三个结构模型，提出了三维九要素正能量领导力结构模型，指出正能量领导力的内容结构可分为3个维度，包括（正能量地）管理自己、影响他人和改变环境。

From the perspective of the enterprise practice and the system thinking, the paper discusses the essence and structural model of the positive energy leadership and comes to the following conclusions: The positive energy leadership is essentially a kind of leadership which is based on the exertion of positive energy by the leaders and followers,and the struc?tural model can be built from the different perspectives of the essence of positive energy leadership. This paper proposes a three-dimensional structure model with nine elements for the positive energy leadership by integrating three existing structur?al models,in which the three dimensions comprise self-management,influencing others and changing environment.
