STL模型为大多数快速成型机所能接受的格式,其分层处理是一个关键步骤,且算法的好坏直接影响分层效率与制造精度。基于STL模型的等厚分层算法优点,提出了排序精简法,该算法在对数据进行精简的同时,能够直接提取出只与分层切平面相交的三角形面片,快速提取截面轮廓线;该算法在保证精度的同时较大地提高了分层效率。介绍了其在MATLAB软件中的实现过程,并以实例验证其稳定性和快速性。

The STL model is accepted by most rapid prototyping machine. The layering is one of the key steps,which algorithm directly affects the layering efficiency and manufacturing precision. Based on advantages of equally thick layering algorithm of STL mod-el,the sorting compaction method was presented. The data were simplified by the method,at the same time,the plane pieces of trian-gles which intersected with stratification plane could be directly extracted. Then the contour line of cross-section was obtained rapidly. The accuracy was guaranteed by this algorithm,at the same time,the efficiency of layering was greatly improved. The implementation process of the algorithm in MATLAB software is introduced,and which stability and speedy are verified by examples.
