通过分析FANUC0iTD数车控制系统PMC的I/O信号与工业机器人I/O信号之间的通信联接方法,采取修改或增加FANUC0iTD数控车床控制系统PMC的I/O信号,利用机器人控制系统对FANUC0iTD系统数控车床的I/O信号进行联机通信,实现由工业机器人控制系统进行控制和管理,组成多品种批量生产的自动化生产线的柔性制造单元。该柔性制造单元可实现工业机器人自动上下料、数控车床自动化生产加工。
通過分析FANUC0iTD數車控製繫統PMC的I/O信號與工業機器人I/O信號之間的通信聯接方法,採取脩改或增加FANUC0iTD數控車床控製繫統PMC的I/O信號,利用機器人控製繫統對FANUC0iTD繫統數控車床的I/O信號進行聯機通信,實現由工業機器人控製繫統進行控製和管理,組成多品種批量生產的自動化生產線的柔性製造單元。該柔性製造單元可實現工業機器人自動上下料、數控車床自動化生產加工。

Through the analysis of join method of communication between I/O signals of PMC FANUC0iTD CNC turning machine control system and industrial robots,modified or increased the FANUC0iTD PMC CNC lathe control system I/O signals,the robot con-trol system is used for CNC lathe FANUC0iTD system I/O signals online communication. The control and management were unified by the industrial robot control system,and many kinds of batch production of automation production line of flexible manufacturing cell (FMC)were composed. The FMC can realize automatic up-down material by the industrial robot,and automatic production and pro-cessing by the CNC lathe.
