目的探讨社区医疗干预对老年高血压患者生活质量的影响。方法对我社区68例老年高血压患者进行社区医疗干预，观察3个月后患者生活质量改善情况。结果干预后患者的SF-36评分（86.65±7.15）分，明显高于干预前的（72.67±6.61）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论社区医疗干预能够有效提高老年高血压患者的生活质量，值得推广应用。

ObjectiveTo explore the inlfuence of community medical intervention on the life quality of elder patients with hypertension.Methods68 elder patients with hypertension received community medical intervention. The changes of life quality were observed 3 months later.Results The SF-36 scores after the community medical intervention was higher than before (P<0.05).Conclusion The community medical intervention could improve the life quality of elder patients with hypertension, and is worthy to be used widely.
