目的：探讨围产期紧急子宫切除术的原因及临床特点。方法：回顾分析2011年6月－2014年6月我院15例围产期紧急子宫切除患者资料。结果：15例围产期施行紧急子宫切除术中前置胎盘4例，胎盘早剥1例，胎盘植入1例，子宫收缩乏力6例，剖宫产术后子宫切口出血1例，羊水栓塞2例。伴有失血性休克9例，行次全子宫切除术4例，全子宫切除11例。12例转入重症监护病房（IC U ）。15例均放置腹腔引流管，再次腹腔探查1例。14例治疗后恢复，1例因多脏器衰竭2个月后死亡。结论：紧急子宫切除是抢救产科危重患者重要措施和手段，正确把握手术时机，准确实施，加强术中、术后管理是抢救成功的关键。
목적：탐토위산기긴급자궁절제술적원인급림상특점。방법：회고분석2011년6월－2014년6월아원15례위산기긴급자궁절제환자자료。결과：15례위산기시행긴급자궁절제술중전치태반4례，태반조박1례，태반식입1례，자궁수축핍력6례，부궁산술후자궁절구출혈1례，양수전새2례。반유실혈성휴극9례，행차전자궁절제술4례，전자궁절제11례。12례전입중증감호병방（IC U ）。15례균방치복강인류관，재차복강탐사1례。14례치료후회복，1례인다장기쇠갈2개월후사망。결론：긴급자궁절제시창구산과위중환자중요조시화수단，정학파악수술시궤，준학실시，가강술중、술후관리시창구성공적관건。
Objective :To analyse the causes and clinical characteristics of perinatal emergency hysterectomy .Methods :Retrospective analysis in June 2011 to June 2014 in our hospital 15 cases of perinatal emergency hysterectomy patients data .Results:15 cases of perinatal perform emergency hysterectomy placenta previa placenta factor 4 cases ,1 case of placental abruption ,1 case of placenta increta ,uterine contractions fatigue 6 cases ,bleeding ,uterine incision cesarean section in 1 case ,2 cases of amniotic fluid embolism .Line ,9 cases with uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock times total hys‐terectomy in 4 cases ,total hysterectomy in 11 cases .12 cases were transferred to intensive care unit (ICU) .15 cases were placed abdominal cavity drainage tube ,abdominal probe again in 1 case .14 cases of recovery after treatment ,1 cases died because of multiple organ failure in 2 months .Conclusion:Emergency hysterectomy is an important measure to rescue obstetrics critically ill patients and means of grasping the operation time ,accurate implementation ,strengthen the intraoperative postoperative management is critical to the success of the rescue .
