目的：探讨膝关节镜清理术联合透明质酸钠治疗骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：选择我院治疗的92例骨性关节炎患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组各46例，对照组患者仅采用膝关节清理术治疗，治疗组采用膝关节清理术联合透明质酸钠治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前、后膝骨关节滑液中IL‐1和血清中NO含量以及手术前、后患者Lysholm功能评分。结果：治疗组患者的总有效率为91．30％，对照组为78．26％，两组总有效率差异具有显著性，P＜0．05；治疗后治疗组患者膝骨关节滑液中IL‐1含量和血清中NO含量均显著低于对照组，P＜0．05；治疗组患者的Lysholm功能评分术后3个月和术后12个月分别为（75．18±15．10）分和（81．21±10．37）分，均显著高于对照组，P＜0．05。结论：膝关节镜清理术联合透明质酸钠治疗骨性关节炎临床效果显著。
목적：탐토슬관절경청리술연합투명질산납치료골성관절염적림상료효。방법：선택아원치료적92례골성관절염환자，수궤분위치료조화대조조각46례，대조조환자부채용슬관절청리술치료，치료조채용슬관절청리술연합투명질산납치료，비교량조환자적림상료효、치료전、후슬골관절활액중IL‐1화혈청중NO함량이급수술전、후환자Lysholm공능평분。결과：치료조환자적총유효솔위91．30％，대조조위78．26％，량조총유효솔차이구유현저성，P＜0．05；치료후치료조환자슬골관절활액중IL‐1함량화혈청중NO함량균현저저우대조조，P＜0．05；치료조환자적Lysholm공능평분술후3개월화술후12개월분별위（75．18±15．10）분화（81．21±10．37）분，균현저고우대조조，P＜0．05。결론：슬관절경청리술연합투명질산납치료골성관절염림상효과현저。
Objective :To explore the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic knee debridement combined sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of osteoarthritis .Methods :92 patients with osteoarthritis in our hospital were chosen .They were random‐ly divided into the treatment group and the control group ,and 46 patients in each group .The control group was only taken with knee debridement ,and the treatment group was taken with sodium hyaluronate knee joint debridement treatment .The clinical efficacy ,knee joint synovial fluid and serum IL‐1 and NO levels before and after treatment ,Ly‐sholm functional score before and after surgery for the two groups were compared .Results:The total efficiency rate of the treatment group was 91 .30% ,78 .26% in the control group ,the differences of the total efficiency rate of the two groups were significant ,P<0 .05 .After treatment ,the IL‐1 content in the knee joint synovial fluid and NO levels in the serum in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group ,P<0 .05 .The Lysholm functional scores for the treatment group after 3 months and 12 months were (75 .18 ± 15 .10) points and (81 .21 ± 10 .37) points , which were significantly higher than the control group ,P<0 .05 .Conclusion:The clinical effect of arthroscopic knee de‐bridement combined sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of osteoarthritis is significant .
