Metoprolol%Angina pectoris complicated with acute heart failure%Clinical effect
目的：研究分析静脉注射美托洛尔治疗心绞痛并发急性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法：选取2012年4月8日－2013年5月12日经我院诊断并治疗的心绞痛并发急性心力衰竭患者48例，采用随机数字表法将48例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组24例。对照组给予硝酸甘油及呋塞米联合用药，治疗组在对照组的基础上给予静脉注射美托洛尔治疗，分别记录患者治疗前动态心电图检查情况以及治疗72h后动态心电图情况，并根据72h后动态心电图结果统计两组患者显效率、有效率及无效率，并进行比较。结果：治疗组动态心电图情况明显比对照组更接近于正常值；治疗组总有效率为91．67％，对照组总有效率为75．00％，治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组；P值均＜0．05，均具有统计学意义。结论：静脉注射美托洛尔治疗心绞痛并发急性心力衰竭的临床效果显著，值得推广。

목적：연구분석정맥주사미탁락이치료심교통병발급성심력쇠갈적림상효과。방법：선취2012년4월8일－2013년5월12일경아원진단병치료적심교통병발급성심력쇠갈환자48례，채용수궤수자표법장48례환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，매조24례。대조조급여초산감유급부새미연합용약，치료조재대조조적기출상급여정맥주사미탁락이치료，분별기록환자치료전동태심전도검사정황이급치료72h후동태심전도정황，병근거72h후동태심전도결과통계량조환자현효솔、유효솔급무효솔，병진행비교。결과：치료조동태심전도정황명현비대조조경접근우정상치；치료조총유효솔위91．67％，대조조총유효솔위75．00％，치료조총유효솔명현우우대조조；P치균＜0．05，균구유통계학의의。결론：정맥주사미탁락이치료심교통병발급성심력쇠갈적림상효과현저，치득추엄。
Objective :To study the clinical effect of intravenous metoprolol in the treatment of angina pectoris compli‐cated with acute heart failure .Methods :Selected 48 patients with angina pectoris complicated with acute heart failure from April 8 ,2012 to May 12 ,2013 in our hospital as research objects ,they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group ,each group had 24 cases .The control group was given to nitroglycerin and furosemide com‐bined with medication ,the treatment group was given intravenous metoprolol therapy on the basis of the control group , recorded patients’dynamic‐electro cardiogram examination and 72 hours after treatment dynamic electrocardiogram . Counted and compared two groups’significant efficiency ,effectiveness ,and no efficiency according to 72 hours dynamic electrocardiogram .Results:The treatment group’s dynamic ECG was higher than that in the control group ,it was more close to the normal value ;the total effective rate of treatment group was 91 .67% ,and 75.00% in the control group , the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group ;the p value was <0 .05 , with statistical significance .Conclusion:The clinical effect of intravenous metoprolol in the treatment of angina pectoris complicated with acute heart failure is significant ,and worthy of promotion .
