高校体育教师的专业发展，首先要形成一个有利于高校体育教师专业发展的平台，而体育教研组就是高校体育部门的基本单位。目前我国高校体育教研组织在自身发展和帮助教师提高专业水平的发展目标上还存在以下问题：（1）过分行政化的管理方式导致教师缺乏主体性和责任感（；2）缺乏互助的组织氛围使得教师专业合作成为一种形式主义（；3）体育教研组共同目标的缺失，降低了团队的凝聚力和学习力。针对以上问题，本文提出以下改善措施：（1）建立共同目标，形成相互竞争，有效激励的机制；（2）改善心智模式，培养教师反思意识；（3）培育合作文化，打造学习型集体。

At present, college physical teaching and research organization in China in its development and help the teachers to enhance the professional level of development goals is the following problems, (1)too much administration management lead to lack of sense of responsibility the subjectivity of teachers and the fall off in;(2) lack of trust organization atmosphere makes teachers professional cooperative deletion falls into formalism;(3)teaching pattern group a common vision,eroding the team cohesion and learning. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward the following impro vementmeasures,(1)building shared vision, play an effective incentive effect(;2)improving mental model, training of teachers'reflective consciousness;(3)cultivate new cooperative culture, create a learning team.
