本试验选择昭苏马场胎次、泌乳性能相近的伊犁马30匹,每天挤乳四次(12时、14时、16时、20时),记录产乳量,并使用流量计并按照2:2:2:4的比例混合制成50 mL的全天样,分别进行乳成分测定,采用SPSS17.0进行统计分析。结果显示,12时乳样乳蛋白率、乳糖率、14时乳样乳糖率分别和全天样有显著差异(P<0.05),18时乳样乳糖率与全天样呈极显著差异(P<0.01);全天样的乳蛋白率、乳糖率分别与12时乳样、18时乳样呈强相关(R2=0.792,P<0.01;R2=0.988,P<0.01);全天样乳蛋白(Y,%)、乳脂率(F,%)、乳糖(P,%)、非脂固形物(G,%)含量与12、14、18时乳样呈较强的线性回归关系。因此对于一天挤乳4次的伊犁马,可根据12、14、18时乳样乳成分的测定值预测全天样的乳成分含量。

The parity and milk performance were collected in 33 Ili horses used for the experiment, the milk yield were recorded in four times (12:00, 14:00 , 16:00 ,20:00), the day milk yield were mixed in 2:2:2:4 proportion and determined the milk composition, the results were statistically analyzed using SPSS17.0 package. The results showed that milk protein and milk sugar in 12:00, milk sugar in 14:00 had differences as compared with the all day milk(P<0.05), milk sugar in 18:00 had signifi?cant differences with the all day milk(P<0.01). The milk protein and milk sugar in day were strongly and positively correlated with milk samples in 12:00 and 18:00(R2=0.792,P<0.01;R2=0.988,P<0.01). The milk protein, butterfat content, milk sugar and nonfat solid in day had a strong linear regression relation with what in 12:00, 14:00 and 18:00. So if the Ili horse were milking four times one day, the milk ingredients in day could be deducible according to the milk samples in 12:00, 14:00 and 18:00.
