从高铁与民族地区旅游开发的关系分析出发，以贵广高速铁路为例，结合广西三江侗族自治县旅游产业发展现状，借助ASEB栅格分析法的管理分析学工具，以消费者的需求为导向，开展三江县高铁旅游市场的深入分析。民族旅游资源的开发既要考虑交通通达条件、城市的依托性，也要避免简单的城市中心论；既要考虑资源品位和特色，也要注意开发的难度与对周边区域的带动；既要考虑民族文化的积淀、民俗民风的浓郁，也要考虑对自然景观、其他优势资源的依托。

From the analysis of the relationship between High-speed Rail and minority area tourism development,based on the case of Guiyang-Guangzhou High-speed rail,and combined with the present situation of tourism development of Sanjiang Dong Autonomous County in Guangxi,with the help of management analysis tools of ASEB grid analysis,the paper has an in-depth analysis of high-speed rail tourism market in Sanjiang county with consumer-oriendted demands. The development of the national tourism resources not only has to consider the basis of traffic conditions,the city,but also avoid the simple city-center theory;it is necessary to consider the grade of re?source and characteristic,and pay attention to the difficulty of development and the surrounding region's drive;Considerations must be giv?en to the rich accumulation of national culture,folk customs,natural landscape,and the other advantageous resources.
