目的:了解南通市不同鸡群、鸡肉、人群及环境中空肠弯曲菌的分布状况。方法:采用多重PCR法对相关鸡的样品、农贸市场环境样品、腹泻患者粪便及健康体检人员肛拭子等进行空肠弯曲菌检测。结果:119份成年鸡肛拭子、124份苗鸡粪便和56份鸡养殖场环境样品分别检出38份、9份和5份空肠弯曲菌阳性,阳性率分别为31.93%、7.26%和8.93%;162份新鲜鸡肉、178份冷冻鸡肉和57份农贸市场环境样品分别检出28份、2份和4份空肠弯曲菌阳性,阳性率分别为17.28%、1.12%和7.02%;418份腹泻患者粪便,9份检出空肠弯曲菌,阳性率为2.15%;857份健康体检人群的肛拭子未检出空肠弯曲菌。结论:在除健康体检人群肛拭子外的7大类样品中均检出空肠弯曲菌,提示南通市存在空肠弯曲菌病的流行隐患,应采取措施对该病进行防控。

목적:료해남통시불동계군、계육、인군급배경중공장만곡균적분포상황。방법:채용다중PCR법대상관계적양품、농무시장배경양품、복사환자분편급건강체검인원항식자등진행공장만곡균검측。결과:119빈성년계항식자、124빈묘계분편화56빈계양식장배경양품분별검출38빈、9빈화5빈공장만곡균양성,양성솔분별위31.93%、7.26%화8.93%;162빈신선계육、178빈냉동계육화57빈농무시장배경양품분별검출28빈、2빈화4빈공장만곡균양성,양성솔분별위17.28%、1.12%화7.02%;418빈복사환자분편,9빈검출공장만곡균,양성솔위2.15%;857빈건강체검인군적항식자미검출공장만곡균。결론:재제건강체검인군항식자외적7대류양품중균검출공장만곡균,제시남통시존재공장만곡균병적류행은환,응채취조시대해병진행방공。
Objective:To understand the distribution of Campylobacter jejuni from chickens, poultry meat, the popu-lation and the environment in our city. Methods:Multiple PCR method was applied to detect Campylobacter jejuni from anal swabs of adult chicken, chicken manure, environmental samples of chicken farms, fresh poultry meat, frozen chicken, environmental samples of open fair, feces of diarrhea patients and anal swabs of healthy physical examination. All the data were processed and analyzed by SPSS 19.0. Results:There were 38 positive specimens(31.93%) in 119 anal swabs of adult chicken, 9 (7.26%) positive in 124 chicken manure, 5 (8.93%) positive in 56 environmental samples of chicken farms, 28 (17.28%) positive in 162 fresh poultry meat, 2(1.12%) positive in 178 frozen chicken, and 4(7.02%) positive in 57 envi-ronmental samples of open fair, 9 (2.15%) positive in 418 diarrhea cases and none positive in healthy physical examina-tion. Conclusion:Except for healthy physical examination, Campylobacter jejuni were detected in 7 categories of samples, which prompts the city to consider the risk of Campylobacter jejuni diseases, and to strengthen control measures.
