目的:评价孟鲁司特钠佐治儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的疗效及安全性,为儿童肺炎支原体肺炎辅助治疗提供合理的用药方案和临床依据。方法通过检索中国全文期刊、维普、万方、PubMed,EMbase等数据库2000—2013年发表的相关论文,根据纳入标准对文献进行筛选和评估,采用RevMan 5.1软件对数据进行meta分析。结果经筛选最终纳入符合标准的文献5篇,meta分析结果显示,实验组患儿发热、咳嗽、喘息及肺部啰音消失时间优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠可佐治儿童肺炎支原体肺炎,但由于纳入的研究质量较低,该结论尚需大样本的随机双盲对照试验加以验证。

Objective To evaluate the efifcacy and safety of montelukast sodium in treating mycopeasmae pneumonia in children and provide reasonable medication and clinical basis for the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods The related articles selected from Tosearch cnki, VIP, Wanfang, PubMed, EMbase from 2000 to 2013, according to the inclusion criteria, were selected and evaluated. All data were meta-analyzed using RevMan 5.1 software. Results 5 RCT were selected according to the inclusion criteria, the results of meta-analysis showed that:disappearance time of patients’ fever, cough, wheezing, and pulmonary rales of observation group was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). conclusion According to the available data, montelukast sodium has deifnite clinical efifcacy and safety in the treatment of of mycopeasmae pneumonia in children. However, due to poor quality and small sample size of included studies, it is necessary to carry out more high-quality clinical trials to verify this result.
