目的:探讨鸡血藤总黄酮对大鼠佐剂性关节炎的治疗作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法采用弗氏完全佐剂诱导大鼠佐剂性关节炎动物模型;观察不同浓度鸡血藤总黄酮对佐剂性关节炎大鼠的慢性足肿胀度、血清中一氧化氮(NO)含量及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性的影响。结果与佐剂性关节炎模型组相比,高、低剂量的鸡血藤总黄酮均能抑制大鼠慢性足肿胀,降低关节炎大鼠血清NO水平,并使GSH-Px含量增加。结论鸡血藤总黄酮对大鼠佐剂性关节炎有治疗作用,其作用可能与其恢复抗氧化物酶活性、清除自由基的作用有关。

목적:탐토계혈등총황동대대서좌제성관절염적치료작용,병탐토기작용궤제。방법채용불씨완전좌제유도대서좌제성관절염동물모형;관찰불동농도계혈등총황동대좌제성관절염대서적만성족종창도、혈청중일양화담(NO)함량급곡광감태과양화물매(GSH-Px)활성적영향。결과여좌제성관절염모형조상비,고、저제량적계혈등총황동균능억제대서만성족종창,강저관절염대서혈청NO수평,병사GSH-Px함량증가。결론계혈등총황동대대서좌제성관절염유치료작용,기작용가능여기회복항양화물매활성、청제자유기적작용유관。
Objective To study the effects of net cliffbean total lfavonoids on adjuvant arthritis and its mechanism in rats. Methods Rats model with rheumatoid arthritis were injected freund complete adjuvant, to observe the effects of the high and low dosage of net cliffbean total lfavonoids to the chronic paw swelling, nitric oxide(NO) content and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity in serum. Results Both net cliffbean total flavonoids groups could reduce the swelling of the model rats, change the level of serum NO, which were lower than that of the model group, whereas the net cliffbean total lfavonoids groups could increase the activity of serum GSH-Px. conclusion Net cliffbean total lfavonoids had therapeutic action to rheumatoid arthritis rats, and the mechanism probably was that net cliffbean total flavonoids could strengthen the activity of antioxidase, and scavenge oxygen-free radicals.
