民办高校党建工作对民办高校健康发展有着重要的保障作用。当前，民办高校党建工作中存在的主要问题是：党组织发挥政治核心作用的保障措施有待加强，现有政策落实不到位影响党组织作用的有效发挥，党组织自身建设水平较低政治核心作用不强。针对此种现状，文章提出加强民办高校党建工作的路径主要有：确立党组织在民办高校的领导地位、充分发挥党委的政治领导作用、建设现代大学制度推进科学化管理、加强党的自身建设以及建立健全党建工作的长效机制。

The CPC party construction in non-governmental institutions of higher learning plays an important role in the healthy and rapid development of non-governmental institutions of higher learning.At present, the main problems existing in the CPC party construction in non-governmental institutions of higher learning are:safeguard measures for the party organization to play a political core role to be strengthened, current policy implementation not reaching the designated areas affecting the effective play of the party organization, and the low level of party organization self building and its weak political core role.For the situation, this paper proposes main ways to strengthen the CPC party construction in non-governmental institutions of higher learning:estab-lishing the leadership of party organization, giving full play to the party committee in the political leadership, building modern u-niversity system and promoting scientific management, strengthening the party's own construction, establishing and improving the party construction.
