随着社会经济的快速发展，物流作为一个城市经济发展的基础，其作用已经得到认可，但是作为可以提高商品流通效率和效益的物流网络，在很多中小城市由于各类原因依然没有被构建起来。通过对亳州现有城市的功能规划布局、市内各重要城镇经济指标的分析比较以及经济总量的预测，借用层次分析法分析、构建并确定了亳州城市的物流网络布局，并对主导型、潜在型和辅助型节点进行了针对性的探讨。

With the rapid socio-economic development, logistics has been recognized as the basis for a city's eco-nomic development, which can improve the efficiency of commodity circulation.But in many medium-sized and small cities, logistics network hasn’ t been established for various reasons.Taking Bozhou as an example, this paper analyzes the current city planning and the economic indexes of its important towns, predicts the total eco-nomic output.By using AHP, the logistics network in Bozhou city is scheduled, which puts emphasis on the cit-y’ s orientation, potential and assistance.
