根据客户提供的油底壳三维数字模型,应用UG NX7.0和DYNAFORM5.9建立了包括板料、凸模、凹模及压边圈在内的整体分析模型,通过模拟一次拉延成形过程来分析油底壳的成形性.模拟结果显示油底壳的一个侧面存在严重拉裂现象,并且多处存在起皱缺陷.在分析了缺陷产生的原因后,提出了改进措施,优化了模具设计方案.经过二次冲压模拟之后,破裂缺陷完全消除,起皱缺陷也得到了极大改善.

According to the three-dimensional digital model of the oil sump, with the use of UG NX7.0 and DY-NAFORM5.9, an overall analysis model with sheet metal, punch, concaue die and blank holder ring was estab-lished.The formation of the oil pan was analyzed by the simulation of drawing formation.It turned out that the se-rious crack occured to one side of the oil pan, In accompany with the wrinkles.The reasons for these problems are analyzed and the counter-measures are put forward to optimize the mould design, which applies secondany stamping simulation.It eliberates the problem of cracks and improves the wrinkles problem.
