运用Simufact-Welding软件对链轮和凸缘采用激光焊接仿真,在其他参数相同的情况下,分析了两种焊接速度下焊缝处的热循环,以及链轮和凸缘的总变形和等效应力.仿真结果表明:焊接速度为13 mm/s时,焊缝处采样点的最高温度为2831℃,焊件的总变形小于1.82 mm,焊件的等效应力小于450 MPa.焊接速度为13.2 mm/s时,焊缝处该采样点的最高温度为1455℃,焊件的总变形小于1.03 mm,焊件的等效应力小于400 MPa.
運用Simufact-Welding軟件對鏈輪和凸緣採用激光銲接倣真,在其他參數相同的情況下,分析瞭兩種銲接速度下銲縫處的熱循環,以及鏈輪和凸緣的總變形和等效應力.倣真結果錶明:銲接速度為13 mm/s時,銲縫處採樣點的最高溫度為2831℃,銲件的總變形小于1.82 mm,銲件的等效應力小于450 MPa.銲接速度為13.2 mm/s時,銲縫處該採樣點的最高溫度為1455℃,銲件的總變形小于1.03 mm,銲件的等效應力小于400 MPa.
운용Simufact-Welding연건대련륜화철연채용격광한접방진,재기타삼수상동적정황하,분석료량충한접속도하한봉처적열순배,이급련륜화철연적총변형화등효응력.방진결과표명:한접속도위13 mm/s시,한봉처채양점적최고온도위2831℃,한건적총변형소우1.82 mm,한건적등효응력소우450 MPa.한접속도위13.2 mm/s시,한봉처해채양점적최고온도위1455℃,한건적총변형소우1.03 mm,한건적등효응력소우400 MPa.
The simulation of flange and sprocket weld by laser was carried out with Simufact-Welding software in this paper.The thermal cycle of weld seam with two kinds of welding speed is analyzed, as well as the deforma-tion and the effective stress of the sprocket and the flange.The simulation results show that when the welding speed is 13 mm/s,the highest temperature of weld seam at the sampling points is 2 831℃.The total deformation of the weldment is less than 1.82 mm, and the equivalent stress of weldment is less than 450 MPa.When the welding speed is 13.2 mm/s, the highest temperature of weld seam at sampling points is 1 455℃, the total de-formation of the weldment is less than 1.03 mm, and the equivalent stress of weldment is less than 400 MPa.
