将羟丙基-β-环糊精( HP-β-CD)静态涂覆在毛细管内壁得到一种新的气相毛细管柱,以正十二烷为溶质测得色谱柱的理论塔板数为2337/m,与涂覆七-(2,6-O-二戊基-3-O-三氟乙酰基)-β-环糊精( DP-TFA-β-CD)的毛细管柱柱效相近;然后研究这2种毛细管柱对苯系位置异构体(如硝基甲苯、硝基氯苯、二氯苯、二甲苯和苯二甲酸二甲酯)的分离性能.结果表明,它们对邻/对、间/对取代苯系化合物表现较好的分离能力,如二氯苯的位置异构体在HP-β-CD柱上的分离因子分别为1.28和1.13,比DP-TFA-β-CD柱的分离效果好.

A new capillary column was prepared by statically coating hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin ( HP-β-CD) on-to inner surface of fused capillary and its theoretical plate number is measured to be 2 337 /m according to the liter-ature method, which is close to a commercial gas phase capillary column coated with heptakis-(2, 6-O-dipentyl-3-O-trifluoro acetyl)-β-cyclodextrin ( DP-TFA-β-CD) .Separations of some benzene positional isomers, namely, ni-trotoluene, chloronitrobenzene, dichlorobenzene, xylene, and dimethyl phthalate, were investigated on these two capillary columns by gas chromatography.The HP-β-CD and DP-TFA-β-CD columns show good separation abilities toward five selected analytes.Separation factors for dichlorobenzene on the HP-β-CD column are 1.28 and 1.13, respectively, which are better than the other.
