采用自蔓延燃烧法制备出Ce掺杂的ATO ( Ce-ATO)纳米粉体.利用XRD、SEM对粉体的结构及粒径进行了表征.研究了Ce掺杂量、滴定终点pH、煅烧温度与煅烧时间对粉体晶型结构与粉体粒度及性能的影响,结果表明,当Ce掺杂量为4%、滴定终点pH为7、600℃下煅烧2 h得到的粉体性能最好.此条件下制备的Ce-ATO粉体晶粒尺寸分布为18~22 nm,且Ce-ATO粉体的电阻率为9.72Ω· cm.

The Ce doped ATO ( Sb doped SnO2 ) nanometer powder was prepared by self-propagating combustion. And the Ce-ATO powder was characterized by X-ray diffraction ( XRD) , scanning electron microscope ( SEM) and IR.Based on the results of those measurements, the effects of Cerium content, terminal pH, calcination tempera-ture and time on crystal structure, particle size of Ce-ATO powder were systematically investigated.The Ce-ATO powder prepared at terminal pH of 7 , calcination temperature of 600 ℃for 2 hours and the Cerium content of 4%has better performance.The powder doped with Ce prepared in these conditions has the better crystal structure, the particle size of 18~22 nm and the resistance of the Ce-ATO nanopowder can reach 9.72 Ω· cm.
