目的:通过破坏试验(强酸、强碱、氧化)考察建立高效液相色谱法的专属性;研究影响因素试验(高温、高湿、光照)中DHEA衍生物的外观性状、有关物质及含量的变化,初步考察其稳定性。方法:利用高效液相色谱法,通过与对照品比较,观察变化情况。结果:在高温和光照条件下,DHEA衍生物都比较稳定;在高湿条件下,虽然性状仍为白色粉末,但其含量会有所降低,只有99.4%。结论:DHEA衍生物在所有考察条件中均很稳定,但会引湿增重,故保存过程中应注意防潮。

목적:통과파배시험(강산、강감、양화)고찰건립고효액상색보법적전속성;연구영향인소시험(고온、고습、광조)중DHEA연생물적외관성상、유관물질급함량적변화,초보고찰기은정성。방법:이용고효액상색보법,통과여대조품비교,관찰변화정황。결과:재고온화광조조건하,DHEA연생물도비교은정;재고습조건하,수연성상잉위백색분말,단기함량회유소강저,지유99.4%。결론:DHEA연생물재소유고찰조건중균흔은정,단회인습증중,고보존과정중응주의방조。
Objective: Through destructive test (strong acid, strong alkali, oxidation) investigation to establish HPLC speciifcity; Study of factors affecting test (high temperature, high humidity, illumination) the appearance of DHEA derivatives, the change of the related substances and content, a preliminary investigation of its stability.Methods:Using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method, through the comparison with the reference substance, the observed changes.Results:Under the condition of high temperature and illumination, DHEA derivatives are relatively stable; Under the condition of high humidity, although the character is still the white powder, but its content will be reduced, only 99.4%.Conclusion: DHEA derivatives in all conditions of inspection is stable, but will bring wet weight, so save the process should pay attention to moistureproof.
