目的:探讨MSCT和MRI对卵巢囊腺癌的临床诊断价值,为该类疾病临床诊断提供方法参考。方法:以我院2010年2月至2014年1月间收治的53例卵巢囊腺癌患者为研究对象,回顾其临床诊治资料,对比MSCT和MRI对不同类型卵巢囊腺癌的诊断率。结果:MRI和MSCT对浆液性卵巢囊性腺癌的诊断率分别为89.19%和94.59%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在黏液性卵巢囊性腺癌的诊断率方面,MRI和MSCT分别为68.75%和87.50%,差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论:MSCT对浆液性卵巢囊性腺癌的诊断率与MRI相似,但对黏液性卵巢囊性腺癌的诊断率高于MRI,必要时应考虑联合应用。

목적:탐토MSCT화MRI대란소낭선암적림상진단개치,위해류질병림상진단제공방법삼고。방법:이아원2010년2월지2014년1월간수치적53례란소낭선암환자위연구대상,회고기림상진치자료,대비MSCT화MRI대불동류형란소낭선암적진단솔。결과:MRI화MSCT대장액성란소낭성선암적진단솔분별위89.19%화94.59%,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。재점액성란소낭성선암적진단솔방면,MRI화MSCT분별위68.75%화87.50%,차이구유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론:MSCT대장액성란소낭성선암적진단솔여MRI상사,단대점액성란소낭성선암적진단솔고우MRI,필요시응고필연합응용。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of the MSCT and MRI for the diagnosing of ovarian cystadenocarcinoma, expected to provide a reference for the diagnosis of such kinds of diseases.Methods: 53 cases patients with ovarian cystadenocarcinoma were the objects of this study, which were treated in our hospital during 2010.02 to 2014.01, reviewed the clinical data of them, and made a comparison about the diagnosis rate of MRI and MSCT.Results: The diagnostic rate of MRI and MSCT for the cystic ovarian serous adenocarcinoma were 89.19% and 94.59% respectively, the difference was not statistically signiifcant (P>0.05).In the aspects of the diagnostic rate of MRI and MSCT for mucinous cystic ovarian adenocarcinoma were 68.75% and 87.50% respectively, and the difference was statistically signiifcant(P<0.05).Conclusions: The diagnostic rate of MRI for cystic ovarian serous adenocarcinoma was similar to MSCT, but the diagnostic rate of MSCT for mucinous cystic ovarian adenocarcinoma was higher than MRI, combination should be considered necessary.
