数字化地图给草地资源的管理及利用带来极大便利，具有重要的地位和作用。本文结合实际工作，以Mapinfo为平台，阐述了MapInfo在草原确权承包和基本草原划定中数字化保管、地形图配准、矢量化、建立属性库和专题制图等方面的功能应用，对草地专题图制作以及具体应用所遇到的一些问题进行了探讨，并提出建议。

This paper combined the actual working, the functional applica?tion of digital storage、topographic map registration、graphics vectorization、the constructing database of the attribution and thematic mapping in MapInfo are discussed in the right contractor is indeed of prai?rie and the delineation of prairie, and put forward some suggestions.
